Vibez is built around trust. We only collect the information we need to create a safer, warmer experience for real connections — and we tell you exactly what we do with it.

What we collect

We collect the information you give us and the information we need to run the service:

  • Account details — name, email, phone number, date of birth, and login credentials.
  • Profile content — photos, bio, interests, preferences, and anything else you choose to share.
  • Usage data — matches, messages metadata, features you use, and how you interact with the app.
  • Device & technical data — device type, operating system, app version, IP address, and approximate location.

How we use it

Your information helps us personalize matches, keep the community safe, provide support, and improve Vibez over time. Specifically, we use it to create and secure your account, surface relevant people, detect and prevent abuse or fraud, and send you important service updates. We do not sell your personal data to advertisers.

When we share it

We share data only when it is necessary: with trusted service providers who help us run the app (hosting, analytics, payments), when required by law or a valid legal request, or to protect the safety of our users. Any partner we work with is bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations.

How long we keep it

We retain your information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are legally required to keep certain records (for example, transaction history).

How we protect it

We use encryption in transit, access controls, and regular security reviews to guard your data. No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to keep yours safe and to notify you promptly if something goes wrong.

Your rights & choices

Children

Vibez is only for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and we remove such accounts when identified.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as Vibez evolves. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
